More than just a coffee runner.
As an intern with University Marketing and Communications at Illinois State University, I helped to create content on all forms of social media, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Snapchat. With a large following of over 57,000 Facebook followers, 38,000 Twitter followers, and additional followers on Instagram and Snapchat, I got to experience lending my voice to my university's public image. Here are just a few of the things I created at University Marketing and Communications.
I initiated a spring break Snapchat campaign, where students and alumni could send us their spring break photos and we would re-post the most creative and original to our Snap Story and a Facebook album. We received over 50 submissions in under 24 hours.
